Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I went to complete the Deep Space: Divinity story with the family for a birthday. The room was beautiful and immersive with really cool sets, lighting, and sound design, our 'AI companion' who helped us, Enkidu, was super sweet and helpful, and the puzzles were super cool and fun to complete. We though they balanced urgency and there being enough time to complete tasks perfectly as well, which was really important as we were completely new to any sort of escape room.

We're definitely hoping to come back, although we can't decide if we want to do the next Deep Space adventure or The Crumbling Prince, as we were shown that room as well and it looks so gorgeous!

The technology is not quite on the level of "The Matrix" or "Ready Player One", but we still had fun.
The game we played very much reminded Portal 2 co-op, but played in VR.

Pay for a cup of treat and coffee and snacks, might be pricey for some people though. I go in the morning so the cats are full of energy, and they climb all over you if you open the treat box. There toilet inside too so is very convenient. Staff volunteer there are very friendly, when you first enter there might be a chance you get greet by a professional cat with a colorful tiny tie on it.

I took my 12 year old here for a birthday treat and he raced against his uncle on the F1 simulator. They both had a awesome time and the staff were helpful and friendly.
We just turned up but there is only a small amount of simulators so might be a good idea to book in busy times.

This was my first time doing in-door rock climbing. I booked this as a date for me & my partner while we was on holidays in Melbourne. It was so much fun! It was harder than it looks but enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this arcade for years and have a blast every time. On previous occasions I've come with friends and family of all ages, and they all report having fun. It's definitely worth loading your card with one of the pay $X, get $X for free options, as most games are $2.50 each, so if you only load $20 or $30 you run out very quickly. As it can be expensive, I don't visit often. It's definitely worth saving your points if you plan on coming back as the 'good' prizes start at around 2500-3000 points. Only negative is that the cafe is far too expensive - if you're looking for food there are cafes and McDonalds nearby.

Looking for a way to spend an hour waiting for the markets to open? Drop in and see Josh at “Pinball paradise”. It’s got drinks at reasonable prices and a collection of old school arcade games some of which (back to the future) are the only one in Australia. A secret Harry Potter style bookshelf takes you upstairs to even more games. Give it a look your inner kid will love you for it

My son and his friends had an amazing time here. The staff were very friendly and consistently checked that everything we asked for had been provided and that service was up to scratch. They personalise each group with party photos on the T.V for players to watch themselves. The party goers were busy and engaged the whole time.

Went for some bowling, we were told we could come back, we weren’t keen on waiting too long and I think they could tell so they moved some things around and made the waiting time shorter for us whilst we had a drink. I had a massive strawberry mojito drink, it was delicious!! Definitely recommend trying it, or sharing it with a mate as it’s so big.

My partner and I were both offered a free game of laser tag for my birthday, once finished we were offered another. This was really kind considering they were really busy they really didn’t have to do this!

I will be returning next time we are in Melbourne that’s for sure.

Overall had a good time, had a section where we could build a fish or octopus but didn't have right bricks available. Hubby went to help son build a car to race a tub had liquid at the bottom. Wasn't worth the entry price. Son was excited for the shop on the way out, took great care to select two sets, he had saved his pocket money for a whole term for our holiday then got to checkout only to be told card only, so couldn't get the sets and had to put them back. He's 8 he doesn't have a card. Cash is still legal tender. He can get the same sets at Kmart cheaper so it's a loss to you not him.
