Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- John T2 contributionsAmazing experience, so many exhibits, our grandsons aged 10 and 12 loved it. We took lots of photos. Very, very clever, I have never seen anything like this before, and I have been to plenty of art exhibitions and shows. Worth every cent.Written 11 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- L PHowell, NJ99 contributionsIf you have a half hour or more so to fill, squeeze in this free museum. Interesting exhibits about police horses, dogs, some major events.Written 15 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TravelBlogARQueensland, Australia134 contributionsDisappointing! Wish I had read the reviews first. Not worth $88 for a family of 4. Infinity at Gold Coast is superior to Imaginaria. Not bad perhaps for younger children. The high jump pillow was ripped and use restrictions therefore applied.Written 3 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
