Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- KIMTL perthPerth, Australia23 contributions$10 to drive in and park for a look around sounds a bit much but they must need it and way more.
It looking pretty bad needs big money spent to bring it backup to years gone by.
Paths need relaying, gardens need lots of money spent on plants and weeding, and the building needs a ton of money spent on itWritten 8 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A great opportunity to see Mildura and surrounds from above, flying above the Murray and Darling Rivers, and landing adjacent to Perry Sandhills past Wentworth. You can be as involved as you want with the set up and pack up (or just watch). Very pleased to depart on time, and be fully informed along the way. Safe, secure and comfortable. Thanks to our pilot, Steve. Definitely recommend!Written 4 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- IIIC369Maroochydore, Australia32 contributionsWell everyone laughed except for the kids who were scared to death by the grinding sound affect of mechanisms or some weird horror experience. The glass was so worn out ya couldn’t see a thing anyway and a total waste of time. No phones allowed so you can’t take a crap photo of the worn out glass. Sky deck was fabulous and all you need to do.Written 1 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
