Tom was a wonderful guide and was very helpful and accomodating for the needs of our group, from making the booking to ensuring that there were appropriate options at every location for a pregnant friend. The tour is well paced (good amount of time at each winery to take photos and appreciate the scenery) and Tom shared a lot of hot tips to get the best experience for the group. Great amount of time spent across the day, 3hours in total, for walking, chatting, stops, seven food and drink items. Well paced for 10 people to finish eating and then continuing on foot to the next stop. Flat terrain and close blocks in the centre of the CBD. We enjoyed our time in Healsville Sanctuary and the lunch at Yering Station is nice. The wine and cheese pairing at De Bortoli was incredible. Highly recommended to anyone who is planning a trip to Melbourne. There was a great variety of wineries for the wine tasting and we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Soumah winery 😃 (definitely recommend the fish). The experts at the wine tastings really knew their stuff and we came away from it knowing a lot more about the wine making process & industry in general. The scenery is beautiful and the bus journey and transport was very smooth (left on time and got home on time). Our driver Verity was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly and made the process even more enjoyable! Tale by Tale, Pint by Pint we were delightfully entertained with stories of creepy/scary/ghostly history bits of Melbourne City which you wouldn't come across even if you walked every single pavement of the CBD.
