Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Lenny HAuckland, New Zealand1,035 contributionsA beautiful arcade. The arcade itself is arguably more impressive than the shops it contains. Definitely worth a walk through.Written 20 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Lenny HAuckland, New Zealand1,035 contributionsNot just the typical stores you’d find in a Westfield mall. Very spacious mall and therefore not too crowded. Good food court, too.Written 11 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Lenny HAuckland, New Zealand1,035 contributionsA varied range of shops, some good, some not at all. - Christine HSydney, Australia109 contributionsI had the best Sunday morning breakfast at the GPO. My waiter Phillip was so lovely and helpful and made sure my order was delivered perfectly. The French music and alfresco atmosphere was wonderful. It’s a wonderful place and right in the heart of town. I’ll be back for sure!Written 1 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Jeffry bEssendon, Australia13,736 contributionsTarget is a low-budget department store, which has most of the things you would expect from Myer and David Jones, but at lower prices. It is a self-help shop, so don't expect much in the way of service. There are other useful shops in the same complex. Target is in Bourke St, not far from Swanston St. I often shop at Target when I ned something quickly.Written 30 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
