Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Best market in Melbourne. I enjoyed buying good quality gifts, have lunch followed up with a coffee. It has a great vibe and super clean. The vendors are happy, helpful and friendly. I will visit again very soon.

Melbourne Central is a popular shopping center in the middle of the city of Melbourne. It adjoins Melbourne Central Station; a train stop on the City Loop. Melbourne Central is prospering, it has a wide variety of specialty outlets. A favouite with visitors are the p cockatoos, who perform on the hour with the clock. The historic Coops Shot Tower is sheltered by a conical glass tower.

Royal Arcade, Ausrralia's oldest shopping address, dates to 1870, the high point of Queen Victoria's reign. Gaunt's Clock is guarded by two ancient warriors, Gog and Magog. For exotic gifts, try sweet treats at Koko Black and boutique gifts at Spellbox. Royal Arcade is a quick trip across the Bourke St Mall from Myer.

Collins Place is a shopping and entertainment destination in the Paris End of Collins Street, Melbourne. Collins Place has a number of bars and eateries. Business is picking up following the return of city workers to their offices, now that the Covid scare is subsiding. Collins Place adjoins Sofitel, a major city luxury hotel. Collins Place adjoins the Kino Cinema, a comfortable movie theatre showing films that appeal to a mature demographic.

For over a century, the Melbourne GPO was a civic center for Melburnians. The General Post Office is a shopping center these days, most notably clothing retailer H&M, which occupies a lot of space. A number of restaurants can be found, including the historic Federal Coffee Palace. The GPO remains a Melbourne landmark, it's still a center of the City.

Especially lovely on sunny, to just hangout, watching the world go by, there are many eateries, to enjoy, by the yarra.

We went to the Galleria Food Court around 11:30 am, looking for some lunch. Everyone had set up, the selection of food was inviting. The Food Court has a variety of cuisines, everything looked fresh. The Food Court is in the Galleria Shopping Plaza, at the corner of Bourke Street and Elizabeth Street.

Target is a low-budget department store, which has most of the things you would expect from Myer and David Jones, but at lower prices. It is a self-help shop, so don't expect much in the way of service. There are other useful shops in the same complex. Target is in Bourke St, not far from Swanston St. I often shop at Target when I ned something quickly.

The World Trade Centre is on the north bank of the Yarra River. The North Wharf was a centre of maritime trade for a century, with cargo being shipped in and out of Melbourne. The WTC is now a major complex for commercial and maritime businesses. The WTC also has a major hotel which can host receptions and other business functions. The WTC is near the corner of Spencer St and Flinders St, it favours businesses which require a fringe CBD location.

We visited to go to Artvo within the shopping centre. We thought the kids could get some shopping in afterwards. There was lots of empty shops and not a great variety.

We used to come here all the time when we lived in Melbourne 20 years ago... it is a shadow if its former self. Most of the businesses here are closed. We did enjoy a movie at Village Gold Class.
