Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

She's beauty and she's grace, she's the South Melb. Markets. Solo trippers - such an easy do - walking the isles and deciding which coffee and various bakery goodness will bring you the most 'Kuchisabishii'. I recommend the spicy lamb borek (worth the line ups if you slept in at the food court), the little pasta shop, the flowers, fruits and veg and just basically everything there is pretty great. Miss nail bar (ring ahead for same day and you will love your life). Fun place to bring visitors to our fair city.

Stellar European style open (and closed) market with enormous variety of deli, green grocer, baked goods, sushi and meats (if you’re into them).

Prahran Markets is the why I visit and stay in the area when visiting Melbourne. It’s like an overseas market visit here in Oz.

I’ve found fair prices, excellent service, and charming interactions each visit.

A quaint little market in the #commonwealthreserve right on the foreshore near #gempier. On this beautiful autumnal day, the music lured me into the park to explore what Williamstown had to offer in the way of a market. Really, it’s quite small and has nothing that any other market doesn’t have, except it’s such a perfect location and the vibe was relaxed and friendly.
There is a petting zoo, a couple playing delightful music in the rotunda, handmade and homemade goodies and much more. Food wise there are a couple of choices such as donuts, burgers, hot dogs, baked goods and more. Kinda missed that there wasn’t a coffee van but you only have to walk 50m to get a cuppa on the main drag.
Once you’ve finished at the market, take the time to discover other parts of Williamstown, near and far.
Notes: toilets close by near the information centre. Parking can be challenge and expensive. Dog friendly (on lead). Kid friendly. Playground nearby. Disabled parking and access available. Plenty of food choices.

Great quality tees! They have something for everyone and my family loved them! Great prices too. Definitely pay them a visit at the Queen Victoria markets

Swanston was a vibrant shopping street with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. It stretches from Flinders Street Station to Melbourne Univeristy.
