Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- joejacfinnYackandandah, Australia50 contributionsWent with 3 friends to relax and enjoy the free jazz in the gardens. They provide picnic blankets if the table are full which we did. Beautiful gardens and you can spread out to find shade/ sun or a quiet spot. Had a lovey platter with cocktail jug, they cater well for non beer drinkers.Written 9 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HeimbodyVictoria, Canada58 contributionsInteresting historical walk. I also took the opportunity to chat with a father and daughter who were fishing off a wharf near one of the sculpture points. Australians are very friendly, generally, and pleased to chat with visitors. They have a relaxing attitude toward life. As the father replied as I wished them luck, "It's called fishing, not catching".Written 1 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Marilyn W4 contributionsTry the food in the Boardwalk bistro. Line up to place your order with the cashier and the food is usually delivered to your table, or for a roast of the day, collect it yourself. Great food and a fabulous view over the river. We took a taxi there, easy as. Enjoyed a great meal before watching a show in their theatre. The pokies were tight but we enjoyed our night out.Written 10 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
