Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- CodyMavGold Coast, Australia27,256 contributionsOn the path to Myrtle Gully Falls, about 35 to 40 metres before, look to the left and you might see the evidence of a trodden path down. Brace yourself on a couple of the tree and descend to the river base, and you will then be able to see these lovely canyoned falls

Off the beaten track, and very quiet. You have to park on the road, but as it is quiet, it is not a problem.Written 23 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - CodyMavGold Coast, Australia27,256 contributionsThere is a carpark at the road bend where you can access these falls. They are only a couple of minutes up the track, but, it requires you to clamber up a series of rocks to access, not an easy task.
Noted as a Grade 3 hike, rough track with obstacles, weren't kidding there.Written 22 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
