Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not the biggest gardens but definitely very beautiful! Being from QLD we seldom see bunnies around, but little bunnies and ducklings were all over the place (bunnies are probably a pest but gorgeous nonetheless) the variety of plants was amazing and some of the old trees were awe inspiring. Worth a couple hour stroll for sure, and free to get in :)

We had a lovely time wandering through the romantic cottage garden, full of roses, perennials and mature trees. If you love gardens this is a well worthwhile place to call in.
The Devonshire tea with home grown, homemade mulberry jam on freshly baked scones was absolutely delicious. The owners are very friendly and charming.

We stumbled across this garden after walking through and exiting the Railway Roundabout whilst on our way to explore the Queens Domain.

Not a large garden, tucked away in a corner of the Domain, but quite beautiful with a good assortment of roses, many of which were in bloom.

I have read that the beginnings of the gardens date back to the 1930's.

Across the road from the famous blue slide playground is this lovely small garden/playground.

Its a simple, plane garden located on Salamanca Pl in Hobart. The gardens are underneath the Parliament building.
It isn't the most extravagant garden but still would be nice to sit on the lawn on a hot day with an ice cream.
Its close to the waterfront area, the piers and docks.
