The free bikes come with locks and helmets. Perfect!
We rode from Hutt Street to Henley Beach and it was fantastic.... but maybe not the bikes to choose for long distance.

Our attendant was helpful with maps for our planned ride but also suggestions for other trips that could include bike riding and public transport. - JamesFromAdelaideAdelaide , SA2 contributionsI went to check out the Brompton foldable bikes. Turns out Treadly hire them for reasonable rates ($40 for 24 hours and $35 per day after that). Sam was really flexible and said I could extend this time over the phone if required.
