Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- K72Melbourne, Australia3,082 contributionsWorth a visit to get your bearings and discover what Adelaide and surrounds have to offer.
When I arrived, two gentlemen assisted me. They provided maps, timetables and brochures for different things. Mid way through a lady came in and the men left. It was probably lunchtime but still odd to leave half way through helping someone.
The lady gave me some useful tips.
I left armed with flyers but needed a bit more specific info like where bus stops were etc. Think the staff are volunteers so happy with what they suggested.
I did think that the centre is not is a very touristy thoroughfare though. My hotel had to look up where it was. Could be more centrally located to be better utilized.
Thanks to all who work there and offered help.Written 12 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Wingz64Lucaston, Australia238 contributionsI am a regular Virgin Australia traveller and find the lounges hit and miss but Adelaide is usually more miss and this experience was that. The staff are always good but the food (morning) options so limited, read simply empty food stations that I gave up after waiting an hour with several attempts to find something replaced.Written 7 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - katty368Adelaide, Australia145 contributionsGenerally the lounge was a nice place to have something to eat and relax before our international flight.
The staff who greeted us were very friendly, however it took a while to process our group. I would suggest printing the barcode so they do not have to scan through the ones on the phone.
The food was nice however it was reasonably limited. We went at a peak time and there were only 2 people working meaning the food was not being topped up when it ran out. We also had to wait for our coffees until the staff greeting people were able to come in and serve. I would suggest extra staff on during the morning rush.
The bathrooms were clean with nice amenities.Written 19 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
