Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Several small cinemas, accommodating a good range of movies (including a German film festival at present). Comfortable seating and delicious choc tops. Automated ticket vending machine seemed to be a relatively recent addition.Written 12 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tandanya22Adelaide, Australia36 contributionsThe Piccadilly Cinema has been renovated and now includes a lift. If you haven't been back here for a while, or even if you have, come along again and see the new foyer and try the easy access to the cinema. It's a treasure. Give it a try!Written 3 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- jane p1 contributionBrilliant night watching the fruit bats fly in is an awesome sight prior to the start of the movie. One complaint only the price of a 600 ml Mount Franklin water at $5.90 is disgusting. How can this be justified other than pure profit?Written 18 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - micahdesiWichita, KS49 contributionsThis theater has good VMax auditoriums which we saw the Rise of Skywalker in. The sound was fantastic and the screen size was nice. It was opening weekend for several movies and it was quite quiet. We had maybe 15 people in our auditorium. Only bummer is the seats don’t recline. The area isn’t much to brag about. They also provided good customer service for a few issues we had to work through. Ticket pickup was simple since we booked online.Written 23 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tracy DAdelaide, Australia289 contributionsThe much awaited cinema is here and it's just lovely. Spacious cinemas and seats, great atmosphere and reasonably priced movies. Just remember to book your seats and pay for your tickets as you encounter the ticket area at the front door.Written 9 February 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Geoffrey AAdelaide Hills, Australia83 contributionsCheck guides; this Cinema is different and great value. Bar, great film offerings (regularly) and relaxed ambience.
