Our Featured sort order ranks tours, activities, and experiences by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, your individual user browsing history and preferences while using Tripadvisor, the frequency of user clicks generally, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic wineries, delicious lunch and tasting with views. Sim was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us comfortable and updated through the day. Definitely recommend this tour.
Our tour guide, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. The island has breathtaking scenery and amazing photo opportunities! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to do the essentials of Kangaroo island
What a beautiful day out. Our guide Deep was very informative. Each stop was different and provided a different "flavour" of the Barossa. A stand out was the visit to Hahndorf. What a beautiful town.
Our driver, Roy, was punctual and engaging. My favorite winery was Chateau Tananda. It was a beautiful setting with fantastic wine. Grant Burge was a fun winery with a more personal touch and great wine. Lambert was a good choice for lunch, but not enough staff for the number of groups they were serving. Rusden was a more rushed experience. All had an excellent selection of wines and the diversity of wineries was interesting.
This trip was excellent and really good value for money. It lasted a full day. We were picked up at 9am. Craig our driver and guide was was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. The first part of the tour around Adelaide was just what we needed as we'd never been to the City before. The trip into the Adelaide Hills and Hahndorf was fascinating and the two wineries we visited were great. Very different from each other, and we tasted 12 wines in all. We came back via the coast and a quick stop in Glenelg. We were delivered back to our hotel at about 6pm. It was a very, very good tour. Excellent! I would highly recommend it.
Great trip to enjoy vine tasting without neccessity to drive! Ahead of the tour you get all info, with timetable and list of places where you can hop on/off, so really it's up to you where you like to spend time. Yvette was so cheerful and funny, guided us through the way to different location. It was a really great day, enjoying vine, chocolattes, gin, pizza, and even coffee tasting! With that kind of tours, life is much easier! Thank you for that 😀
Our driver Phil really made the experience extra memorable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He is an excellent driver and guide and able to anticipate potential challenges and avoid them.
My wife and I took a full-day tour of Adelaide and the surrounding areas with Roger Brock from Ambler Touring. Roger grew up in the Adelaide area and provided a lot of very interesting background. He personalized the tour to match our interests including a visit and tasting at one very interesting winery, d’Arenberg’s. This winery’s tasting facility is shaped like a Rubik’s Cube with some very unusual art. We picked up a couple of bottles. We roamed the countryside visiting Mount Lofty, the Malaren Vale, and Hahndorf. His car was spotless and very comfortable. Roger was quite the historian and seemed to know people at every stop. One super stop was to the Woodside Cheese Wrights. We tasted some award-winning cheeses and bought some to take back to our place. We have been to many countries and taken lots of tours. Roger’s was the best. We highly recommend him.
A fabulous day. Phil our bus driver and tour guide was fantastic; friendly and funny. I went by myself, but was fortunate to be accompanied by a lovely group who were travelling together. A great trip that took in a variety of interesting and fabulous places. Would 100% recommend
We had a fantastic day with Chris yesterday. We did a morning tour of the city sights with expert commentary including a stop at the wine museum. In the afternoon we went to the hills and Hahndorf. We also stopped off at mt lofty. Chris showed us the landscape and explained what a dodge tide is. He also used a map to shown the walking team from kangaroo island to the flinders ranges. The afternoon tea and stop at beerenberg and Hahndorf was nice. It was clear Chris enjoyed showing people Adelaide. He also cared for those who needed assistance.
Lovely group, great wineries. Driver was knowledgable but very opinionated and took over any conversations we were having. Also would have been nice to be able to stop and see the scenery/take pictures. Lunch ok but salad was disappointing.
Had a great day visiting some fabulous cellar doors - Kersbrook Hill, Kies, Maggie Beer Foundation, Chateau Dorrien, and Chateau Tanunda. The wine tasting was free and the trip included a nice meal at the Monkey Nut Cafe. Perry, the guide kept us entertained and he knows his trade well.
