We visited Maggie Beer and the chocolate shop on the way back and it was a great way to round out the day. Communication was 10/10 in the lead up to the day and every expectation was met. Baden was our driver and guide, and we loved how he engaged the bus with his stories and information about Adelaide and South Australia. I loved traveling with a small group of, and the focus of this tour on small family operated wineries. Great variety of wines sampled and lovely locally sourced lunch.

That being said, it was a pleasant river cruise, and a good lunch. I enjoyed having a beer and watching the river go by. Craig was a perfect host and guide to the area. If you have only 5 hours this trip is well worth it. The stop off at Glen Elg on the return was amazing. We found him so personable and helpful. We learnt a lot and appreciated his attentive assistance during the day. Great information before the tour and during. Loved being able to choose our own 4 stops from the list. We will be back! I had lost the wallet the day before on our tour and was very stressed.
He not only called me the next day after our tour but returned my wallet to me at our apartment.
Adi is one of a kind with such integrity and honesty, a rare thing you find in a person these days.

The choice of midday meals was excellent and all were delicious. In all the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
