Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The produce was so fresh, the gin great and they even had activities for the kids. We were lucky to meet Poh and get a photo. Lots of green grass to sit around and chill, a caravan park at the Adelaide Showground great if you are travelling on wheels. Just out of Adelaide city and you can catch a tram from Glenelg seaside town. So many stalls at least 100 indoors and outside. Loved it. Do yourself a favour and go.Written 11 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Ann MMilwaukee, WI28 contributionsI absolutely loved my experience at the Unique Opal Mine in Adelaide. I had only intended to see the mine downstairs and maybe buy an unpolished stone, but Elijah Ponte, one of the jewelers there, was so engaging and knowledgeable, that my interest was immediately piqued. He really took his time with us, and I ended up buying a gorgeous opal ring that is absolutely stunning. Now I wish I had bought earrings, too!Written 8 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

She had a naturally warm and friendly way. She wasn't just recalling a pre rehersed script. There were some subtle product promotions, but again, done in such a natural way that it didn't seem contrived.
Yes there are taste testing and you do have to book in for the free tours, which are 30 mins. Would definitely pick a week day if time persists, and one part of the tour had about 5 stairs, so not sure it's all accessible.
The smell when you walk in the door of the shop is DIVINE! Well done Haighs, great job.Written 9 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We stopped here for a couple of snacks in Café Da Marco and then my wife saw the H & M sign and disappeared for an hour or so. I had a look through the various levels, some outlets are familiar in my home base, others were new and I enjoyed the browse. Good variety for the serious shopper.Written 17 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
