Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had so much fun on the HandleBar!! We met new people, ate great food, drank great drinks and got a work out!! The option to play your own music was a big hit and made the experience even more fun! We would definitely recommend the HandleBar to anyone visiting Adelaide and we'll be back for another go when we're next visiting.

I was visiting Adelaide for work and signed up for this tour after finding it via a google search. It was a great introduction to five bars, beers and food, and I got to meet a group of great beer lovers too. I would do this again.

If you're a gin enthusiast seeking a unique and memorable experience, look no further than Adelaide gin tours by Experience Adelaide in South Australia. Renowned for their exceptional botanical gins, this region has garnered both local and global recognition for its gin production. I embarked on a gin tour myself, and I can confidently say that it was worth every cent.

One of the standout features of these tours is the opportunity to learn from the best in the business. Behind the scenes, the gin experts generously share their knowledge, providing a fascinating glimpse into the intricate process of gin-making. From the selection of botanicals to the distillation techniques and meeting Mary, you'll gain insights that deepen your appreciation for this exquisite spirit.

But it's not all serious business on these gin tours. The team leading the experience knows how to inject humor into the proceedings, ensuring a lively and entertaining atmosphere. You'll find yourself chuckling at their cheeky banter and even sharing a few groans at their pun-tastic dad jokes. It's amazing how a well-crafted gin or two can enhance the laughter and camaraderie among the participants.

Sampling the gins themselves is undoubtedly a highlight of the tour. With a wide array of gins to choose from, your taste buds are in for a treat. From the bathtub gins at Prohibition to unique and experimental flavors at Applewood, South Australia boasts a gin repertoire that will satisfy even the most discerning connoisseur. Each sip unveils layers of botanical complexity, leaving you with a newfound appreciation for the craft and creativity involved.

One of the remarkable aspects of these tours is that no two experiences are alike. With different groups joining each time, you're bound to encounter diverse personalities and perspectives, fostering an engaging and dynamic atmosphere. Whether you're going solo, with friends, or as part of a larger group, you can rest assured that boredom won't be on the agenda. The ever-changing dynamics make each tour a fresh and exciting adventure.

While the gin tours may seem like a splurge, I assure you that they are worth every cent. The knowledge gained, the delightful gin tastings, and the infectious laughter are priceless experiences that will stay with you long after the tour concludes. It's an activity that can be enjoyed repeatedly with different groups, ensuring that no two visits are alike.

In conclusion, the gin tours in South Australia provide an exceptional blend of education, entertainment, and exquisite gin tastings. From the informative behind-the-scenes tours to the hilarious interactions with the team, every moment is a delightful journey. So, if you're looking to expand your gin horizons, have a laugh, and indulge in some of the best gins South Australia has to offer, don't hesitate to embark on this puntastic trip. Cheers to an unforgettable gin adventure

Would 10 out of 10 recommend. I did the 'Food Night Safari' walking tour with my partner and two friends on the weekend - and it was worth every penny. The tour consisted of 4 stops at various restaurant/eateries in the city (starting on Bank Street, finishing up in the east end of the cbd), where we sampled some of the venue's signature dishes (cost covered by the tour fee) and indulged in a few beverages of our choice (additional cost - but no complaints!). In between, we were introduced to some stunning street art that now decorates the occasional city laneway - which was a great addition, particularly as the art were often in spots that I'd walked past plenty of time but failed to notice. We did the tour as part of a group of 12 (we all got along wonderfully - all of us were locals, which again speaks highly about Adelaide's food scene and the quality of Foodi tours), and led by our tour guide, Sangini, who was very knowledgeable about both the street art and the venues we frequented. I often go out for meals but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that out of the 4 stops for food we made, there was only 1 place I had already dined at (but which I didn't mind re-visiting, because it's top restaurant!), with the rest being spots that were on my 'To go' list - all four venues (and their food) definitely delivered.

Overall, I thought this walking tour was an excellent way to spend a Saturday afternoon/evening (it starts at about 4.15pm, ends just after 7pm), and my friends and I all agreed it was like taking a mini-holiday - it definitely felt like we had left Adelaide and were visiting another city, taking in the new sights and experiences. Will certainly be looking at booking another Foodi tour in the not too distant future.
