Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Adrian MMelbourne, Australia69 contributionsThis is the kind of place you want to go to once, and then never again. It was fun, cheesy and very old, dated to when Ripley was still alive in the 1940s, with 1940s attitudes to boot, and hence it acts kind of like a fun little look back in time as well. The price is a bit on the high side but for something you only do once it's probably okay.Written 28 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HilsNZAuckland, New Zealand326 contributionsWe went here several times as it was over the road from where we were staying. There is a variety of stalls and we all ended up buying something, so I suppose that is a success. It is not very big, but I suppose that was the time of year.Written 18 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Darren DBrisbane, Australia282 contributionsMacintosh Island Park is a wonderful oasis of a park close to Main Beach, Narrowneck and Surfers Paradise. With plenty of shade amongst the trees, there is a lake, plenty of birdlife (such as peacocks), a play area, picnic tables, all in a peaceful and tranquil location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. A wonderful place to escape the crowds for an hour or two.Written 3 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JnVSydneyGreater Sydney, Australia21,219 contributionsLocated in the Surfers precinct, fairly nice mall, more like a covered passage, a little dated for us, could do with an upgrade, however nice for a browse and a walk throughWritten 6 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - alwysluv2travelHighland Park, Australia300 contributionsVisited recently while in Surfers Paradise. You can't miss it from all the lights. Has a slingshot, vomitron and mini golf plus a few other things. Older kids when on the slingshot and really enjoyed it whilst younger ones liked the mini golf. The young lady, Moni, serving was very helpful and engaging. If you are into fast paced adrenaline rides, then this is a must visit.Written 18 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Its the largest and most well known mall in Surfers Paradise.
As a child I use to visit to play games ion the amusement centre.
