Had a very long and memorable day with James who is a super friendly, funny and knowledgeable guide. We had a multi age, international group on the trip and he attended to the interests of young and old. Felt he knew the route thoroughly and threw in a few bonus stops for great views. We learned a lot from our lunch host and our river guide. We lucked out and even saw a baby croc, a cassowary with a baby and some lovely birds.
Thanks to all for a very special day.

Brilliant trip. We liked the half day option as it was perfect for our family. Dale was great with all his local knowledge and experience of the areas. Morning tea was superb especially as we were dairy free, he had a great option for us which we really appreciated.

Really good day! Conrad was a brilliant tour guide, very informative & fun! Lunch was delicious and all of the stops were excellent!
It seemed like a lot of driving at first but it was worth it! We even saw Cassowary and crocodile!

Wildlife Habitat is an absolute Do Not Miss. There are Kangaroos, Koalas, Wallabys, pythons and multiple birds of a huge number of varieties. Tour guides are knowledgeable and dedicated. This is a really extraordinary experience.

The tour was pretty awesome. The tour guide was very interesting covering lots of topics. Unfirtunately, we saw only one crocodile (but you cannot really control animals :)))

We had an amazing day out with Cam on this tour and cannot recommend it highly enough.
The Welcome to Country and the tribal knowledge shared by the local Kuku Yalanji guide was inspiring. The swim in Mossman River in was a revitalising experience not to be missed.
Our trip on the Daintree River searching for the infamous crocodile Scarface was hilarious, with our guide funnier than most comedians.
Daintree Exotics was another highlight. As a private farm, it was a treat to learn from Daryl and to taste fruit I've never heard of including Millksop, Icecream Bean and Brazilian Cherries.
Thank you for a memorable day.

Our tour guide made the trip. Our guide was Cameron. His knowledge of the rain forest, plant life, animal life and the history of the country was wildly impressive. Great energy and sense of humor on top of broad and deep knowledge.
The company structured the tour in a way that allowed great experiences in the rain forest coupled with the right kind of breaks - it was a ten hour tour. The pace was right. Worth investing in a small group tour. We had four people today and it was personal with all questions answered. Fantastic.

Great day out with Alistair as our guide.
We started with a wonderful early lunch at a remote restaurant. Alistair then took us on an easy hike through the forest, stopping many times to educate us about our surroundings. We were lucky to spot lots of Ulysses Butterfly flying around the trees. We ended up at a gorgeous waterfall for a cool refreshing swim, which was he highlight of the trip. A very small and private tour with nobody else around. Highly recommended

The Train up to Kuranda (and make sure you go to the Heritage Market there, allow 2 hours there and have Lunch) was fantastic. Do Gold Class it makes for a really special Trip and a wonderful and relaxing and comfortable way to see the region and that amazing waterfall (2 of). We loved this way more than the Cable Cars back but doing both is the way to go, Train first.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our Daintree Day Trip with Simon. Very informative with great sites and we really appreciated the relaxed pace - we saw plenty of things but did not feel like we were rushing around from site to site like a lot of tours we’ve done in the past. Highly recommend!

The day we took the tour there was 12 people in the group. This allowed getting to know fellow travelers easier. Don, our driver and guide for the day, was well organized, knowledgeable and friendly. He had many stories to share. The first stop of the day was the wildlife habitat. While we got around most of the exhibits, it would have been nice to have had an additional 45 minutes (or maybe we should have spent less time with the koalas and kangaroos!). Next was the Mossman Gorge. The welcome to country by Uncle Tom was interesting and informative. After a walk in the rainforest (and opportunity to paddle in the river) there was a delicious wrap sandwich served (was a choice of filling).
After lunch we went in search for salty crocs from a boat cruise on the Daintree. We saw a juvenile and mother “Bruce” guarding her nest.
There were ample toilet breaks throughout the day and the coach was modern, comfortable and air conditioned.

Went rafting with the amazing tour guide Guy! This was the best scenic adventure activity we did in Port D. Learnt so much about the rainforest along the way. Would highly recommend it.

Very little information beforehand. We expected more than 2 day trips and just 3 nights when it was proclaimed to be 4 say trip. Not that much rainforest walking included. River cruise was nice and the guides were cool. But 900 dollar per person is very expensive for 3 nights at a 3-star hotel and 2 one-day tours. Would not recommend unless you have the money for it.
