Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Emma H9 contributionsWe loved the lagoon! The temperature of the water is perfect and there are lots of shade sails, sandy edges and platforms too if you don’t like the sand.
Lifeguards on duty at all times and open till 9pm.
We spent a few hours here and the cafe was reasonably priced too.
Lockers available, we paid $4 for 4 hours for a small one. You need gold coins only and they don’t take card.Written 10 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Included ice cream with a sample of all the fruit flavours. Unfortunately, due to the roadworks, we didn't do the Bloomfield Track part, which was why we chose this particular tour . However, this was out of the company's hands. The only issue we had was that the sound system on the bus was not very clear. Unless the bus was stopped, we could not understand half of what was being said, missing a lot of the information that was being given.Written 4 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Edward V7 contributionsNice flat walk. Good sights. Nice breeze. Easy for us to walk downtown. And great way to see birds after high tide, or before.Written 29 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ben KingLondon, UK244 contributionsVery cool swim spot for a couple hours. The waterfall is easily accessible with lots of parking and only a 700 metre walk. Waterfall is huge and there are lots of rocks for sitting, eating, and sunbathing. You can slide down part of the waterfall! But beware the water is COLD. Come and park up here on a sunny afternoon, it’s gets pretty busy!Written 27 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Maureen M93 contributionsIf you’re not a fan of swimming or no snorkelling you can still do a half day trip to green island and enjoy the beautiful sand beach and glass bottom boat experience… they take you out to an area where they feed the fish and you will see some beautiful fish and coral . More than 1/2 a day I’d recommend renting beach chairs and umbrella.. not a lot of food options so bring snacksWritten 15 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - scvroseFiddletown, CA1,194 contributionsSeastar dropped us off before the island we swam in. Enjoyed watching the hundreds of birds making their nest on this slender piece of land. One of my highlights.Written 18 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CarloHelmondHelmond, The Netherlands725 contributionsWe stayed in Millaa Millaa and had an early start to the day. Driving the waterfall circuit makes for a nice drive and includes 3 water falls (Millaa Millaa falls, Zillie falls and Ellinjaa falls). All are within easy walking distance and provide you with some great views. Early in the morning you have to place to yourself and it is very serene. There are many activities in the area, but have a look first if they are open. We called on some place that were closed during the winter season or had limited opening hours. The area is well worth your visit, unless you are just here for the highlights.Written 23 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lachlan MQueenstown, New Zealand303 contributionsVisited with a G Adventures tour. From start to finish this experience was exceptional. Staff incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Planned to snorkel, but decided to scuba at both stops instead - the briefing, kitting up and scuba experience for a first timer was incredible. Cannot thank the Dre enough for their insight and sharing the reef with us - thank you!Written 11 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David G1 contributionExcellent day out on the water. Staff were super friendly, provided good equipment and fed us well (even good selection of gluten free and vegetarian options).
Bang on timings and the glass bottom boat was a great connection point.Written 23 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
