Our guide was Andrew. He prepared an amazing tour for us and showed us the beauty of Daintree. We took a river cruise on Daintree river and saw some crocodiles sunbathing. We enjoyed a peaceful lunch and a refreshing swim in a Emmagen creek. We saw a lot of pure nature, that left us in awe. The ice cream from tropic fruits at the end of the tour was really delicious. The Cape Tribulation Beach was really wide and worth seeing. Sending love from Slovenia.

Great trip! Mark was a great guide, we got to see the caves, bush outback and some local stops including wallaby's. We really enjoyed it!
Note that this is definitely a trip to the bush outback (still grass, trees, etc), and not the flat barren desert outback.

I came with my mom and Sister while vising Cairns. The actual rafting part of the day was a 2-3 hour experience with some of the most gorgeous and intense water I've ever seen. It was a little cool, but not cold. I wore a rash guard swimsuit, which was perfect under the thermal shirt and life vest. This journey is definitely not for the faint of heart, or very little kids. The water is rough and intense. You need to paddle, and paddle hard at times. It is fully possible to fall out of the boat into gnarly rapids. They give you a helmet for a reason. That said, the guides are super experienced and know what they are doing. They also have a system where different guides wait on the rocks to help any boats or rafters who get in distress. It was intense, but I felt safe and looked after, and it was really a lot of fun. There are also quiet sections of the river that are simply gorgeous. My only minor complaint is that dinner at the end of the day is pretty bland pub food, but let's be honest, you aren't booking this tour for the food. Minor tips, make sure you bring a warm towel and a full change of clothes. Wear your swim clothes under a basic outfit so you can change quickly when you get to the raft. Also, don't bother bringing cameras. They will take photos of your boat and give you the option to purchase. They'll be more dynamic than what you can take on your own. Have fun on the Tully, I sure did.

We had the absolute pleasure of joining Cairns Adventure Tours on an epic 4WD adventure. We started with a hotel pickup in Cairns in their very comfortable 4WD Isuzu truck which took across rainforest creeks to see some spectacular waterfalls and giant strangler figs. Tony and Tash then took us back to their customised 4WD and after an introduction to navigating the tracks handed over the keys to give us an adrenaline pumping ride through 4WD tracks designed to simulate tracks found in far north Queensland.
So lucky to have found these guys...gave us memories to last a lifetime.

Billy Tea Safaris and Down Under Cruise & Dive were absolutely amazing!! My husband and I did the 3 day reef, rainforest, and outback tour, and really feel that it helped us make the most of our time in Cairns. Skipper Mike and Deck Supervisor Kiki aboard the Evolution were great hosts, and Skipper Mike even invited us into the bridge and gave us his tips about local places to stop on our way down the coast. Our guide for the outback and rainforest days was Gav. We cannot say enough amazing things about him. Incredibly knowledgeable about all things Australia, and such a great conversationalist. Beyond the nonstop learning, he also went above and beyond SEVERAL times on our tours by showing us hidden gem spots or asking if we wanted to do a little extra excursion. My husband and I wish we could just hire him to take us down the rest of the Australian coast for the rest of our honeymoon. Thanks a million to this team!
