- TravelM2222252 contributionsSuch an incredible experience! Our family enjoyed an incredible 4 days on Spoilsport exploring the Great Barrier Reef. The crew was absolutely amazing. They were fun, conscientious and super knowledgeable. Regardless of a diver's experience they ensured everyone had a good time and was safe. The crew also took wonderful care of the passengers and the food was exceptionally good. They went above and beyond to make the experience fun, safe, and unforgettable for all the guests. The entire crew is so professional, and has amazing energy.
The coordination for us to see Shark Reef, and the minke whales during minke whale season was such a beautiful surprise. They did everything in their power to make sure we had the best chances of seeing the whales and we ended up spending over an hour in the water with a minke whale.
Little touches, like Anton putting in extra effort to edit photos during the trip to share with all the guests, Maddie creating a whole trivia night experience, and Jamie searching 10+ minutes for a ghost pipefish to show us, and the entire crew putting on fins for us for each dive really shows the attention to detail of this crew. Chef Murray prepared beautiful themed dinners, like Taco Tuesday, BBQ night, and cheese and wine night.
Captain Tony, Gabriel, and and Matt did a great job manning the boat and helping us with everything. And I loved Leo's humor in the briefings, Fiona's mindfulness as a host, and loved diving with Deanna and Holly.
The pairings were very appropriate, and as a dive professional I was given a great buddy and respect for autonomy. Maddie, Chinami, and Jamie were exceptional at pointing out interesting wildlife that I wouldn't have found myself.
