The teachers are well trained and highly specific in their instruction to ensure students get the postures correct and obtain the associated benefits. The classes are well designed and focus on different areas of the body or aspects of yoga practice depending on the class. All 3 teachers I’ve had are attentive and spend time making sure students are comfortable and provide alternative postures where necessary for the individual student. The studio is large and spacious with all equipment including mats provided as well as change room/toilet facilities. The timetable is extensive with multiple classes most days. A 5 class pass is great value at $80. I’m enjoying the classes immensely and getting a lot out of them. - Fairy Bunny R1 contributionShivan and Pat were amazing at getting me comfortable with diving again at the crater lakes, after having taken a few months of diving. The diving was broken up by a boat tour were I got to learn about the lake we were in and the various animals living in the lake.
The trip out to the reef started with some line diving before exploring the reef. They were happy to adapt the dive sessions to my needs.
