Shaz was absolutely incredible, she rang around and organised transport at a very competitive price and 20 minutes later we were on our way to Port Douglas. She also recommend Daintree Tours for the Mossman Gorge experience we wanted and we were not disappointed! We just called to ask the information regarding cyclone situation for planning our trip but the staff didn’t provide details nicely and they didn’t provide any useful information. Just let us to check it by ourselves although we’re international tourists. I know the weather is going to change daily but it’s your service to provide the information and support tourist customers nicely. Also, you live in Cairns who know the situation best rather than us.
