    Nice pier for fishing
    During my short trip to Brisbane I had the opportunity go fishing in this location. Very interesting. Lot of people come to this place for relaxing. All the facilities are available

    Pretty but smelly
    Really pretty at high tide walking around the boardwalk. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Fishing is limited to certain areas but people still fishing in the green zone. I guess guaranteed a fish is worth the fine for them. Lately has been smelling like a sewer. I wouldn’t bring a picnic here to eat as it might come back up. Don’t know how the locals can live here with the smell. I feel bad for Pam’s cafe as they would surely lose customers due to the rancid smell.

    Cool off
    Nice place to come and cool off in the city it’s got kids areas and real sand right along side the river there is plenty to do down here
