It is cheap if you get an online deal. Our issue was that they say it is every 15 minutes but most of the time it is every half an hour. On the way back to the airport, we had checked the timetable for a 201pm train. At Central this was not on the departure board and we were told the next train was 231pm. After checking with several staff, it turned out that the boards are old technology and faulty. The train did come... Central station is superbly located where you step off the train and you are practically in the city centre. Our go-cards were mischarged over than 20 dollars. Therefore, my companions and I contacted the customer service seeking assistance(refund). Regrettably, we spent approximately an hour attempting to resolve a transaction error. While I appreciate the agent's intention to be helpful, it was only towards the conclusion of our conversation that she mentioned the option of a third-party translator. We were not able to solve all of the issues with one call. Later on, when we sought to claim our refund in another phone call, we encountered further challenges. Specifically, one agent informed us that matters concerning travel "from the international airport to Roman Street station" fell outside your jurisdiction, directing us to another company. This information proved to be inaccurate. So we made another phone call, and this time, the agent suggested us to go to the retail store to explain the situation, and then we should be able to get the refund. Unfortunately, we failed again. Therefore, despite multiple attempts, we can only received inconsistent and incorrect information which only added to our confusion and frustration.
As tourists, we feel sad and frustrated about these matters (We didn't get any help and get our refund).
