This was a surpise for my partner and the staff was attentive to helping me live that moment when she realized she was flying on a helicopter into a winery!. Chatting with pilot Tyrell was also a great time - lots of good laughs and smiles. What a fantastic day! Great company and the wineries we stopped at were great and very accommodating. Great service at each one.
John our driver was excellent.
Definitely worth checking it out.

We were picked up by a private van and given music control for the duration of the drive up the mountain. We visited 3 beautiful wineries with great mountain views, wine, and food. The wine was some of the best we have ever had, and more than got our moneys worth with the tasters. We stopped for lunch at St. Bernard’s Hotel where we were greeted by peacocks, 3 giant St. Bernard dogs, and amazing food. Then we went shopping on a cute strip before heading home. Scottie was a hilarious and knowledgeable guide. He knew his stuff and made the whole experience fun and accessible, especially considering we knew nothing about wine upon arrival. He facilitated the banter between me and my work colleague like a pro and made us both feel really comfortable with a perfect balance of professionalism and humour. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the evening. Lovely venue (we went to the one on Edward Street), brilliant staff, super unpretentious vibes... and I went home with a personised bottle of red! Definitely would not have found them if we didn’t do this tour. Jamie-Lee has exceptional knowledge of food & wine & she is a wonderful host. Our host, Nathan, was a very personable & informative wine lover.
With great expertise & personal charm he led us through a very informative, entertaining and enjoyable experience.
We tasted several GERLER wines, as well as the set that we used for the Wine Blending component, along with a very delectable charcuterie board. We enjoyed the food and received four very small half glasses of wine which were unremarkable. The waitress explained where the wine came from and that was the sum total of the 'wine tasting experience'. There was no tour of the premises, no chance to see the wine making process or sample any other wines. It was frankly very disappointing, apart from the food which was amazing. The restaurant was also very loud and it was difficult to have any kind of conversation. Such a pity.
