Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- MickyRingshawRosetown, Australia42 contributionsThis place was great, the smaller upper ponds were better than the congested larger pond down the bottom. Gas BBQ’s and a Kiosk, short walk to the spring, no crocs. Great fun had by allWritten 15 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Deborah GShell Cove, Australia50 contributionsSuch a gorgeously laidback, fun venue on the water. We were lucky to be there for the International Film Festival and on the night we went, saw three short films set in the NT that were all excellent. Live music was included, and Sri Lankan food and mixed drinks were available for purchase. Producers, directors and film stars gave talks after each movie, and the star of Bear was available for cuddles, which I took full advantage of! The deck chairs aren't the most comfortable things you've ever watched a movie in, but there are other seating options, including bean bags. Can't recommend this enough.Written 10 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- David MGreater Sydney, Australia22 contributionsAnother fantastic fishing experience delivered by the team at Anglers Choice team. From the very start, our pick up driver gave us knot tying lessons. The food was amazing, accommodation was excellent, fully air conditioned & serviced each day. Even our washing done for us.
We were lucky with the weather, and our guide put us onto fish from the first trolling run.
A big shout out to Amy, Ryan & Dana at the lodge, and Josh our guide.
See you next year.Written 13 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rachael S31 contributionsWe did the one hour tour as part of a 3 day Kakadu camping tour with Autopia, and it was fantastic!!!! We saw so many cool birds and got soooo close to the crocs. It was amazing seeing them all in their natural habitat. Our guide Meatloaf was so informative, and passionate about conservation of the wetlands, and we learnt so much from him. Apparently the boat we were in was used in the movie Rogue (a B-grade Aussie movie about a giant croc which is worth watching for a laugh, but not before swimming anywhere in the Top End!!!).Written 24 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ari SSydney, Australia2 contributionsNifty took 40+ of us on a week long drive around the NT. He was very accommodating, had amazing local knowledge and made us laugh a lot! Nifty knew when to tell us stories, point out interesting flora and fauna, or let us soak up the scenery in silence. He knew all the right roads, got us to where we needed to be on time and kept us well stocked up on cool water. He happily changed our itinerary when we asked for it so we could e see some awesome whip cracking.
Thanks for an amazing time Nifty, you and the coach were awesome!Written 9 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Challenging moments with three boys under 8 and my 64 year old mum but it was one of the best times of my life. The four wheel driving was hardcore! So much fun! And the camper provided was perfect! Loved it!!Written 8 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

The stories are told with respect and humour, when appropriate , and as a consequence brought these brave young people back to life . We learned so many things we never even knew had happened in our own country. So glad we went on Garry's tour.Written 17 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Debbie O1 contributionThe most memorable trip from Broome to Darwin 10 days. Martin took us to some of the most amazing places, heaps of information and helped everyone to get to the end of our hikes. Very well organised would thoroughly recommend this trip. Helped us all connect as a group, Martin helped us get to destinations early to enjoy our swim or sightseeing. Great variety of meals.Written 2 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

The transport was very comfortable and lunch was fantastic, my family and I were very well looked after! We're so greatful to have finally taken this tour ( after cancellations over 3 years!). We learnt so much about Indigenous culture and look forward to coming back to Darwin and going on another tour with Tess and Brock.Written 2 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
