Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

For visiting Kakadu I would recommend a longer trip, maybe 2/3 days. But if you do not have enough time, as in my case, this tour allows you to see a bit of the park and enjoy its amazing landscapes and wildlife.
I had already done another tour with Leigh, our guide, so as soon as I saw him I knew we were in good hands. He is a great guide and provided us with all the information we could need, from the story of the park and the aboriginal people of this area to the wildlife and climate of the region. This allowed us to get a great overview of Kakadu and Fogg Dam and it encouraged us to go back for a longer stay.

Some more signage could help as like others we weren’t sure we had the right turn off or were on the correct path but eventually we reached the cruise HQ. A simply amazing experience to see big crocodiles willingly swim up to the boat & jump up out of the water to snap the meat on offer. We only saw two crocodiles but both put on a show for us & demonstrated their immense power & strength.
The view from the boats is great & the skipper swings the boat around so nobody misses out.
Very informative cruise, great photos & videos & a really great experience. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend this cruise.
A bonus was the raptors swooping down to catch the meat thrown into the air by our expert crocodile & bird feeder Paddy.
10/10 Experience & the only aboriginal owned cruise of its type.

Loved the Rock art sites (very spiritual feel) and the swimming holes!
Tour Driver and Guide (Ben) was very good!
Beware the Adventure Tours advertising though. Not all featured locations are available at all times, but they cover themselves in the fine print.
The received Itinerary doesn't get updated till you begin the tour. We missed several locations.
The Indigenous Elders hadn't opened Arnhem Land before our tour, and
Jim Jim Falls road was closed, but we heard later that the Falls weren't flowing.
Crocs can limit swimming/canoeing, but that tends to be accepted.
The Parks people try hard to trap any that get in, but it's the luck of the draw whether you will be able to swim.
Ben modified our tour "On the Fly", for our small group (13) and alternate locations were amazing and beautiful.
On-site tents weren't fancy, but acceptable, and on-site facilities were good.
A good introduction to Outback Oz!
Recommend a few days in Darwin between arrival and departure or if connecting to another tour or add-on. Allow for connection screw-ups and you won't be inconvenienced (like one couple , booked on a cancelled flight home to Melbourne directly after the tour!)
Darwin was worth a look drinks, and
We added a short stay at Tiwi Island Retreat at the end of the tour, Superb food and surprisingly luxurious for an Off-the Grid location on Bathurst Island in the Tiwi Group north of Darwin!
Fantastic sunsets and dawns, fishing, crabbing and relaxation!

Fantastic tour to make the most out of your day in Litchfield. We went to 3 waterfalls and did a jumping croc tour. Had a great guide, Annie who was very knowledgeable and I loved her connection to the indigenous community and culture. If you like a small group tour, this company is an awesome option.

Coach was very comfortable. Florence Falls was beautiful and tour guide very knowledgeable. There were 6 stops and two swims at Florence Falls 330 steps to get down to and Wangi Falls, which was flat, both were great to cool off from heat. . Lunch was very basic, suggestion to offer local fish, eg barramundi in replacement of cold meats. Last stop at Howard Springs could have been removed. Managed to do over 8,000 steps in total after sitting on bus for most of the day. Fantastic way to see this part of the world.

My favourite part was when the crocs were fed and we just watched the raw power of these animals. While keeping my hands way, away from them. Despite ‘crocodiles all over the place’ 😊, the environment/ wildlife was beautiful, even peaceful. Dylan was knowledgeable and it was a bit more special knowing it was a family business.

Thank you Lee for the exceptional 4 days roadtrip! You were a really fun guide that told us all about the national park. I saw things that would have been hard to reach / spot by myself. Loved the walks and swimming in these landscapes!

Daz was the ultimate tour guide! What a wonderful day, lots of interesting little tid bits of local knowledge, a relaxed feel and a few good jokes to make the day fun. Plenty of time to relax and enjoy the stops and swim along the way. Lunch was beautiful and we were all so well taken care of.

An unforgettable experience with a professional company. The pick was from Darwin centre with two guides. The guides are those who tra sport you from town to the location and who take you on the air boat . On the way, you can stop at the bottleshop. People start drinking on the way. When you arrive at the location there is tea coffee and water. Wine is placed in the fridge. The first part is the helicopter. You are weighed. The you walk to the helicopter. It has no doors at the front! But you are strapped in. The 10 minutes is magnificent flying over the flood plains spotting nesting crocs.
Then straight off to whizz around the swamps in the airboat. That is a powerful machine handled superbly by the guide. His reactions are fast. We saw crocs up close too.
We visited the Croc sanctuary. Those are big. The we relaxed in the pool after a hearty dinner. The food is excellent t. Accommodation comfortable with private outdoor shower.
    Highly recommend!
