Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Travel&DiveBan Pong, Thailand1,796 contributionsYou can pre purchase tickets online or just turn up and pay on the door, I would suggest getting there early as the fish get full with food and with quite a few guests even on weekdays, if you turn up later the fish may not be so active in looking for food.
Inside there are steps and a slope to feed the fish from, good information given about the fish that are about. A small cafe serving soft drinks and coffees, maybe food too? An iced coffee with a scoop of ice cream is around $8.

There are many7 areas for a picnic and to spend a bit of time with young families.Written 30 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I walked along one of the trails--the Woodland Walk--and, although not disappointed with a scattering of animals, birds, and thick bush, was not especially impressed either. Then, many years later, after I had forgotten this experience, I decided to walk, with my partner, around another trail--the Jungle walk--assuming I would experience the same feeling of mild satisfaction. But, actually, the Jungle walk, embedded in Monsoon rainforest, was surprisingly lush and peaceful. The trail snaked its way through some stunning trees, shrubs, and land. We were surprised at how such obvious beauty, only a 15 to 20 minute drive from the CBD, was overlooked by most locals, including usWritten 12 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
