Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.

Took my family on a cruise with Cape Adieu. From the warm reception as we boarded to the introductions and personal welcome from new-ish owners Grace and Munro followed by the service throughout the cruise, the hospitality was relaxed, yet attentive and genuine! The food portions were generous and delicious (that smoked mackerel is incredible!!!) and drinks were cold and plentiful. The commentary was interesting and informative and notably, personal - not just some scripted or pre recorded token tourist info stuff but instead offered anecdotes about their own time in the top end which made for a pleasant change for us having been on multiple cruises over the years. Plus it wasn't too intrusive so we could still keep talking amongst our group without feeling like we had to stop anytime they were talking.

Whether visiting or a local, I could not recommend this tour highly enough.

Very relaxing cruise. Not too many people so could sit at the front of the catamaran in beanbag chairs. Drinks and food were plentiful and staff were friendly, but not intrusive. Would recommend.

I sailed the sunset cruise on Friday, Sept. 6. The captain and his mates were awesome! They managed every aspect of the evening with ease and grace. We felt engaged by all three. Good conversation flowed. The fish and chips were delicious. I had a wonderful time!

Evan, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly and amazing. He should be given a salary increase :). Kept up the commentary all the way. The boat had comfortable seats, lunch was big enough to feed two people. Just a beautiful place. Don't expect to see jumping crocs, you have to find them in their natural habitat. No easy feat at all but Evan managed to spot them! Thanks Evan for a wonderful experience.

An excellent tour that takes you through downtown Darwin matched with excellent food. During the tour we were shown other great places to eat and visit. Visits to some art galleries and viewing the magnificent street art. Would definitely recommend.
