Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Did the World Expeditions End to End 14 days walking and sleeping in swags. Guides Karl V and Jacob were amazing and worked hard to keep us safe, informed and very well fed.

Johnno took my sister & I on a trip of a lifetime to Palm Valley 4 wheel driving in a rear wheel drive vehicle! He was awesome sharing his knowledge & understanding of the stunning region. Friendly, funny, well read & entirely enjoyable during the whole day. What an adventure for 2 septuagenarians. Thank you Johnno for creating wonderful memories for us. NB Johnno was extremely thoughtful in providing details of what the trip included & times of arrival & departure from each stop.

The Ernest Giles Road was easy driving. We drove most parts of the road at a speed of approximately 80 km/h, slower at some sections and in curves. The road was in very good condition, a few sandy patches. The road surface was pretty even for an unpaved road. I have driven similar roads in a 2WD. I do not suggest you do this as conditions change with the season and the weather. Also car rental companies won't allow you to take a regular car on the Ernest Giles Road. We saw four cars on the Ernest Giles Road; we were not on our own, but it was not busy either. We stopped at the Henbury Meteorites Conservations Reserve for a picnic and walk.

Tough tough tough but absolutely mind blowing walk - beauty and awe. Take all warnings extremely seriously and read all the info, plan carefully and be ready for anything. LTTS were amazing, great information, advice and support, friendly and reliable. Can’t recommend more highly. One of the best things I’ve ever done.

This was a full day of fun in the company of our interesting and informative guides, Mark and Kimberly. They worked hard to make sure that we got to see and experience all that the region had to offer. I still cannot believe all of the delightful adventures that they included in the day. What a rich and positive opportunity to see this part of Australia. Our group ranged from 20’s to 70’s and we all had fun. Highly recommended.

Well-organised trip where we saw the balloon set up, saw the sun rise over the outback, flew with captain Jason for about an hour and landed safely, then helped to stow the balloon. Great fun, just do it!!

Double Simpson Crossing with these legends was amazing, great equipment, support and hospitality. The Alice based team led by Michael and Damo did an awesome job of getting every one there and back.
    No doubt I'll be back

Just so great for a city slicker to get out on the station and observe and be informed about the intricacies of life with 5,000 head of cattle!

I was fortunate to be part of an outreach medical crew visiting remote indigenous communities in the western corridor last week. We flew via charter from Mt Isa to Winton then on to Bedourie Birdsville and Boulia. This trip was over 3 days. We were most grateful to Patrick our pilot who was extremely professional and informative prior to each destination. The scenery was incredible.
