Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Discover321617677021 contributionI was fortunate to be part of an outreach medical crew visiting remote indigenous communities in the western corridor last week. We flew via charter from Mt Isa to Winton then on to Bedourie Birdsville and Boulia. This trip was over 3 days. We were most grateful to Patrick our pilot who was extremely professional and informative prior to each destination. The scenery was incredible.Written 10 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- HydroH2Melbourne, Australia38 contributionsA group of six of us did a 5 day gliding course. It was fantastic. We each flew at least twice each day with highly experienced trainers and developed some good flying skills, although none of us managed to solo. These people are very friendly and just want you to enjoy flying as much as they do.Written 30 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kiwi706Auckland, New Zealand44 contributionsOur flight to Uluru and back to Alice Springs through the Alice Springs Aero Club was the highlight of our trip to the outback. Connor, the pilot was extremely professional and informative and we had the added excitement of listening the interaction with the control tower of an Indonesian carrier which had to make an emergency landing at Alice Springs airport to drop off a very sick infant. The views from the aeroplane were superb and we were fortunate to strike a very clear day. The ancient landforms are amazing and we have recommended the trip to all and sundry. Thank you to the club for making our trip.Written 28 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sunshine440950623535 contributionsThe whole experience was terrific right from the booking to the flight. Kat was the contact person and the pilot. We flew over all the planes that are being stored during the pandemic. Kat was incredibly reassuring especially for my friend who had not been in a chopper b4. So much so, she convinced her to do the flight with the doors off! We would recommend this company and Kat for any adventure that would be better done in a helicopter.Written 28 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
