Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed our day in the West MacDonnell ranges. It afforded us a flavour of Central Australia. The stops were frequent and varied, and Sebastian did a good job of talking us through the history, culture and geography of the region.

This is a great tour, where you get to see a lot of Australias' beautiful nature. Our tour guide Ryan looked out for us and made the tour even better with his positive and fun attitude. He knew so many interesting stories, and it was great to have him as our guide!

This company was very professional and friendly. They were safety conscious at every turn. The scenery was spectacular as the sun came up. Great excursion.

We had a very nice experience and our tour guide Jim (Gemma) was really great and enthusiastic 😃.
She took care of everything and told a lot about the history and fauna👍
We had beautifull walks and our group was also very nice.
The only negative remark is that the foam mattresses at the camp grounds need to be replaced because some of them were really bad 😫
So our rating of excellent is for Jim and the walks 👍
    Greetings Bianca and Marlie

Since I was 12 years old I wanted to go to Australia so that I could visit the Red Center. When my husband and I started looking at the possible activities we could do there, we decided we wanted to visit Uluru and Alice Springs. We thought about renting a car to drive from one place to the other, but all the blogs recommended not to do so unless we knew the area pretty well because if something happened to us, it could be a long time before we got any help.
Thank God we found this tour! We did the 4 day and it was so worthwhile! Not only because of the landscapes, the hikes and the swims in the waterholes, but also because of the people we met on the tour, and the whole camping vibe.
It had been several years since the last time I had slept outdoors, and even though at the beginning I was a little bit scared because of the snakes, it was just a marvelous experience. The swag was very comfortable (even though they were a little bit dirty because they were filled with dirt) and going to sleep while looking at the sky full of stars was magical.
Making our food in the campfire was also a great plus! And I was very impressed with the food we had each day! We got different dishes and they were very complete meals!
Additionally, the bus was very comfortable, and the tour guide was such a character!
I would have liked to receive more information about the different places, but I understand that the Aborigines don't share much of their knowledge and information so it could be that there wasn't much more to give.
It is a lot of money, but the tour is very much worth it!

An absolutely breathtaking tour I would recommend to everyone!
Shearna, our tour guide, did an absolutely amazing job and you could really tell she cares deeply for the area, the culture and the aboriginal people living here. I'll be telling stories of this tour and things I learned of for a long time.

We had an amazing day out on this tour. Got to see so much, and Mattea was a friendly, knowledgeable guide who made the experience more enjoyable. We visited Simpson Gap, Standley Chasm, Ellery Creek, the Ochre Pits, Mt Sonder Lookout, Glen Helen Gorge, and Ormiston Gorge. Simply stunning scenery. Morning tea and lunch were both delicious. Small group tours are much more personal, and I would happily do this tour again if we come back to Alice Springs.

Despite getting our dates wrong, Filippo organised a trip for us with less than a days notice. Our driver and guide was Dale who was very friendly, a lot of fun , enthusiatic and easy going. She drove expertly over the rocky terrain and took us on the longer walk which was truly beautiful. As Melbournites we especially appreciated the stove top coffee and home made cakes. One minor criticism would be that we would have expected a better lunch for the money. Highly recommend.
