Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The reverberations downstairs was amazing, thought provoking and so moving. I am so grateful these amazing people are telling their stories. Thankyou 🙏 The self serve coffee shop is really good and nice to have a break. All the staff and volunteers were very friendly. As an Asian solo female visitor, this turned out to be the best and most welcoming ship exhibit at the museum; honestly, just visit this one! I stepped onboard and was treated to a really informative one-on-one guided tour by a very friendly and knowledgeable guide, an older tall, bespectacled gentleman (maybe bearded too), I think his name was John? We had a nice chat about the Women's World Cup, as I was in town for the Final. I really admired his passion for the ship and for educating visitors about it, it made for a very engaging, energetic and memorable tour. Definitely a worthwhile experience, as this ship is also owned by the volunteers who conserve it.Written 21 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Keep your mind open and absorb it all.
I’m not an ‘art’ critique or follower, but I appreciate the stories and perspectives this gallery offers.
The cafe is out of this world as well, a real gem. If anything, having a tea and something to eat is a fantastic way to end the trip. I took hubby on this trip and he loved it. Staff were so good, from the staff who are supervising the artworks to the fantastic cafe staff, they couldn’t be more helpful.
We will return. It’s a fabulous asset to people.Written 12 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The tour guide was wonderful, and the tour was quite leisurely (for older people too). Another piece of Sydney history here. The little corner shop was so sweet and decorated beautifully in items from history. Loved the carpet beaters!! A free tour - great.Written 10 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- kevin Y1 contributionAmazing experience. Immersive layout and well-designed quizzes that are fun and creative. Challenging but not exhausting. Clues are sometimes scattered but only made it more satisfying when you eventually put them together. Definitely coming again. Have experienced some other escaped room with different themes but this one simply makes my favorite.Written 26 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tony PBrisbane, Australia3 contributionsWe had a great time visiting the tram sheds with a group of eight friends. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time to try a different restaurant three nights later, and it was equally as much fun. Both the Japanese and Chinese restaurants were excellent and the staff were very competent. Oddly, we didn’t plan to go to Asian restaurants it was just at the other venues were either closed at 5:30 pm, or lacking in energy and life.Written 6 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It's an easy walk, all paved with a few steps and handrails.Written 23 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Extensive cocktail menu and great gin selections
