Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had an amazing coastal adventure with the expert guidance of Paul. We started at Bundeena and walked through to Wattamolla. Paul showed us many wonderful sights. I loved the cliff top views and rugged coastline. Paul was able to point out the flora and fauna which were in abundance, absolutely beautiful. Especially liked the Little Marely beach, Wattamolla Dam and the lagoon. We even had a swim in the Dam, so exhilarating. I would highly recommend using Paul as your guide. Paul is a really friendly easy-going guy who has a deep connection to the country and is very knowledgeable of the area. We had so much fun!

We did a private twilight tour with Paul. Everything was perfect. Comfortable car, plenty of stops off the beaten tracks with lovely views and picnics. Lunch in an adorable town and then off to the Grand Canyon hike which was pure magic. A lot of stairs involved so be prepared. Then the sunset in a field with 20 some kangaroos and another fabulous view of the blue mountains. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable about the environment plants and animals. Highly recommend this truly unique adventure.

I can't say enough good things about Greg. He was prompt, pleasant, fun, interesting, well informed, well organized, patient, and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Symbio Wildlife Preserve and Royal National Park.

We were so happy we did the full-day tour of Sydney. Sam was an excellent guide and wonderful company. His van was spotless and very comfortable. We saw so many iconic and beautiful places in Sydney. Such an impressive city! This was a great way to see and walk through Sydney. Sam shared lots of info and we even returned to the Doss House and Fortune of War later in the evening. Sam was knowledgeable, personable and great fun to spend the day with. He shared snacks, wonderful music and took us to a scenic restaurant for a delicious lunch. What a great day!

What a wonderful day we had with Scott. He was so great showing us the animals at Featherdale and took great pictures and videos there and at the Blue Mountains. You should book any of his tours.

Scott was a fantastic guide for this private tour. I have discovered very beautiful areas of Sydney like the famous beaches of Manly and Bondi, Paddington, the Rocks, Taronga zoo including also a tour with the ferry in the amazing bay. I spent a very nice day. Guide to recommend.

Scott was very easy to work with before we arrived in Sydney, helping plan our tour. Very knowledgeable about history and local areas. Extremely flexible tour. He even stopped at pharmacy for us to get supplies for cruise. Then dropped us off at Fish Market for a great lunch (his recommendation).

Great way to see and learn about Sydney. Would highly recommend Scott and his services!

An outstanding tour -- not to be missed. As advertised, Paul picked us up at our hotel in Sydney in his clean and comfortable Land Rover, and whisked four of us up to the Blue Mountains for a fantastic day. Happily, weather was cooperating, and we started off with morning tea/coffee quite a ways down an off-road trail. A well-stocked "larder" by his wife/business partner, Jenny, made for a great breakfast amid absolute peace, serenity and drop-dead views. From there, we visited numerous other on and off-road sites, with short trail walks breaking up the riding. If Paul thought an area was too crowded, he took off elsewhere and brought us back later, so we mostly had these stupendous sites to ourselves. Along with the views was his interesting and knowledgeable commentary on what we were seeing -- plant and animal life, etc. A stop in the cute town of Leura and a delicious lunch at the Leura Cafe added to our enjoyment. With a wine and cheese finale around 5, we got back to Sydney 6ish, all agreeing on a marvelous day in an incredibly beautiful area.

We can't recommend Paul and Jenny highly enough. This is "the" Blue Mountains tour to book.

Before reviewing the tour, we must address the excellent communication we received in planning our Sydney tours with Julia and Scott. The knowledge they shared with us was always timely and incredibly valuable in helping us determine how we wanted to spend our limited time in Sydney. Their flexibility in constructing a customized and personalized experience for us was greatly appreciated.

On to the tour! Scott arrived on time and eager to start the day. We started our day with some city sightseeing and landed at our first stop near Mrs. Macquarie's Chair. The views back to the Opera House and Bridge are unbelievable. We were fortunate to have great weather and clear skies for the tour, which helped our inferior photo-taking capabilities.
We then moved on to check out Bondi Beach, but on the way, Scott showed us some fantastic places with wonderful backstories, i.e., Harry's Cafe De Wheels. We also worked our way through some of the awesome neighborhoods of Sydney before landing at Bronte Beach for a brief leisurely coastline walk. From there, we went to our final morning stop, Bondi Beach, soaking in the incredible views. We booked a Sydney Opera House tour that afternoon, so Scott dropped us off near the facility. Julia provided us with several dining recommendations for lunch (all of which were GREAT).

We can not stress enough what a wonderful tour this is for anyone seeking to get some city highlights or a specific set of places they want to see. We are confident you will receive superb communication/attention and have a remarkable experience.

Scott was fantastic! From the time he picked us up to the time he dropped us off, he was professional, accommodating, and eager to share his love of Sydney with us. He’s a an attentive driver; we always felt safe in his car and with him driving. He took great care to take us to fantastic scenic spots to see different views and perspectives, including the harbor bridge, opera house, skyline, beaches, navy base, historic buildings, and more. We had a delicious lunch at Bondi Beach and enjoyed a courtesy drink at 1 of 4 “oldest” pubs in Sydney. Scott shared so much history, culture, stories, and experiences with us during our day. Thank you for sharing Sydney with us.

Completely first class service that will surely exceed your expectations as it did ours. Jenny and Paul are very experienced tour guides - from the communication, preparation (like packing my kid an extra jacket!), hospitality from Jenny and then the professionalism and extensive knowledge from Paul. Paul was easy going and genuinely passionate about the outdoors. They made our day incredible - we saw many local animals, plants, trees, waterfalls, different vantage points of the valleys and mountain ranges. The cars are comfortable, cleaned, and prepped with snacks and water. They are able to go off road, as we did, to see unique spots without crowds (literally no one usually!). They pack a lovely package of thoughtful, local snacks. Our day concluded with sunset over Mount Solitary and the expansive view of eucalyptus trees, with a well selected bottle of Australian Shiraz. On the way back into the city, Paul even stopped to help us see the Southern Cross Constellation! We will never forget it. Their experience puts them well ahead of other options; do yourself a favor and book this tour!
