As soon as we get off the ship and call Dave he is there within 5 minutes and always happy to chat about our trip. We have booked him again for our holiday in April and as usual the whole booking process is soo easy from start to finish.

On 610X, it takes more than an hour to reach the city. With the metro, it takes under 58 minutes. The only good thing is the nice drivers and cheap fares. I made a booking a month prior to the date we required, however one day before our event, the other company just cancelled our booking stating they could not do it. Stressed out on a friday night trying to find someone, I found Plan B Transport online. Totally understanding of my situation, the lady organised a bus that evening around 10pm! Come Saturday Morning and our Plan B Bus was there to save the day. Cannot thank these guys enough. Totally need a Plan B at the time. Easy, friendly and highly recommended! - Rohan1 contributionWe took a shuttle service of Mozio (sun transfer) from Goa airport to Goa Hotel ... a Very pathetic experience. We made payment for Pvt. mini bus but they sent a tempo traveler. No customer care number and no response on emails. They took full payment in advance .

The driver went down the wrong street, attempted to do a 3 point turn (unsuccessfully), blocking traffic, then pulled across 3 lanes of a busy road with a full size coach waiting for the opposing traffic to clear so he could turn around. Many honks were made by angry drivers he had cut off. I did not feel safe and felt embarrassed.
