I’ve been using ASN for years. They used to be much better, gone downhill. Ok for pickups, however always be prepared for them to arrive much earlier. I now dread the airport pickup service at International Airport. It’s consistently one hour wait. You ring at least 10 times to be told to wait always by an angry person like they are doing you a favour. Happens every time.Same answer every time to every client” You are late arriving at McDonalds, the designated meeting point. The driver couldn’t wait and left” OK if that’s honestly the facts It never is.Ive arrived early there often, same standard answer. It’s no fun waiting 1.5 hours after a long international flight. I usually pay fir both buses, pickup and drop off. Not any more, it’s such a saga.Also you have to drag a trolley to the bus where it is parked and then the bus goes to the Domestic Terminal to pick up other angry customers. Never an apology. From now on, as an old loyal customer I won’t be using ASN to return home. It isn’t cheap for the hassle, waiting and ringing phones with message service only. When they started the options were not there like Uber,only a taxi service so it was a cheaper option. Not any more.They need to improve communication and their service. Cramming as many people into a van isn’t the way forward. You just loose clients. Also they should have a loyalty programme and offer some discounts for frequent users. I travel often. Consider other options would be my advise.
