He made the day seamless and effortless everything was so enjoyable.
The Boutique Wineries and Distilleries were all so friendly and accommodating.

- Dorothy P2 contributionsMy husband, son(23) and I had an amazing day with Jimmy. I picked this tour because of the itinerary. We enjoyed starting the tour at the fish market. Stopping for breakfast was a nice break during the long drive and making sushi was fun. We enjoyed the wines that we sampled especially with the food pairings that Jimmy created. His commentary all day was very informative and added to the tour. Jimmy makes the group feel comfortable and the day very enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious as were the wine pairings and the scenery and photo opportunities were wonderful as was the staff service. Raphael kept us well informed of activities in general and what to expect, on schedule and great driver.

The tasting was great and the location is nice with restaurants around for dinner afterwards. He knew about some very unique wineries and was acquainted with most of the people doing our tasting so that we got special treatment most places we went. He was a good driver, gave some interesting background. The captain, Ruth, and entire crew made us feel welcome and provided a wonderful tour of the Sydney Harbour. Book the canapes and wine tour and you will not be disappointed!
