Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We two did a distillery tour- $28/each (but $20 redeemable on purchases).Duncan, a Scotsman who has worked in distilleries took us through the processes of gin & whisky distilling with tastings helping the process. I thought I knew a lot but still took away a number of learnings. They also do whisky tastings. A good to do if this interests you. Aslo an easy walk from Green Square station , so no driving required!

Hidden down a quiet street, it's not a place you'd find my accident & it isn't labelled that well. Inside it's quite small with only a few tables available, so you could probably walk in on quiet days but they suggest making a booking.
They only sell gin tastings or gin with mixers or gin-based cocktails here, it's their main product, and it's done quiet well, mellow and tasty. They do have a few variations to try, so it's worth getting some tasters, and they do sell bottles for takeaway.
I'm not sure if there's a lot here for everyone, especially if you're not a gin drinker, but it's worth a brief visit.

One of the best of these gin distilleries. They go for interesting flavours with native lime and lemon myrtle and so on (and gave me a taste of a very sour gin that I didn't really like) yet charge less than all the boutique gins that are so bland they may as well be vodka. Friendly little bar, should be open more days.
