Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Sathish Kumar VeeraragavanBrisbane, AustraliaI have seen so many view point so for me it was ok. The pictures shown by business who advertised this place in trip advisor has over done it but not that great like how you see it in trip advisor. An average place to visit. But quiet to visit after 5 cos of less foot print. We had the whole view point for our family as we were the only one there lol.Written 16 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lorraine LTarwin Lower, AustraliaA friend suggested a visit to the Coffs Harbour Botanic Garden, this is our last day here so our last chance to visit the gardens. It was an excellent suggestion and we walked most of the park visiting the wet and dry rainforest, the creek road, the Glasshouse, the rare and endangered plants and the sensory garden. It is easy walking with for the most part well maintained paths and roads, it is just when you are taking some of the smaller paths that it gets a bit rough but nothing that most people won’t be able to handle.Written 12 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jude BCanberra, AustraliaToo rainy for the beach on our annual holiday so we booked for our family group of 7 to this small, but totally wonderful aquarium. The host/guide was so incredibly knowledgeable and funny, and we learned so much about the local fish life of Coffs. It was also a wonderful reminder about the importance of caring for the sea and its importance in our lives. I would highly recommend this lovely place.Written 18 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- hayers2016Narrawallee, AustraliaIt’s quite a long walk at 9km, but we saw a heap of birds and lovely habitat along the creek. Excellent signage informed us of the incredible culture of the Gumbayngyr people of the region and how they used the various plants and animals seasonally.Written 24 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
