What travellers are saying
- kitch74Newcastle, Australia21 contributionsSwimming with dolphins has been a a bucket list item for a long time. This was the perfect place to enjoy a cuddle with one of the most magnificent creatures. The centre is small and run by lovely, welcoming staff. You only need an hour or two to visit the enclosures and if you have time pre-book an encounter. You won’t be disappointed. Thank youWritten 9 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tracey BGold Coast, Australia15 contributionsLoved the views from this lookout. So close to where we stayed. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the swaying of the lookout when you had a few people on it at once.Written 30 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- rushing-manBallarat, Australia173 contributionsOne of the highlights of Coffs Harbour. A challenging walk to get to the top, but once you do, the views are amazing, particularly on a clear day. The boardwalk has been recently upgraded and provides great access to the top of the island. Definitely a must do.Written 20 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tracey BGold Coast, Australia15 contributionsWe only had time for a short look around the gardens. They are beautiful and well maintained. Would love to visit again one day.Written 30 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- MelbourneKimberleySeaholme, Australia2,194 contributionsWe were pleasantly surprised by our day out as we visited over the Easter School Holidays and feared it was going to be crazy busy but it wasn't, the only time we had to wait for any long period was for laser tag and then that was only about 15 minutes.
And Laser Tag was great, easily the largest set up I have been to and lots of great little places to hide and run.
Loved the slides both racer and water.
This was our second visit to the park, the first time our Son was only 3.5, this visit he was 7 and we feel that this was a far better age for him to really enjoy the day out.
We chose the $69 unlimited pass and it was well worth it as we could go on eaxch attraction as many times as we liked.
Food was actually very reasonable the a well stocked gift shop.Written 19 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Rustyone wSydney, Australia372 contributionsWhat a friendly place to have a morning walk go up the walkway at the south side it’s magnificent, Locals are so friendly the coffee is fantastic from the van the lady serving is so nice and a local business that’s well worth supporting. Be careful the surf is very dangerous with a massive rip on the south side., the beach is unpatrolled Go enjoy stay close to the shore.Written 29 May 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mima13 contributionsStayed here overnight on our way through to Victoria. The cabin was lovely and clean. No complaints at all regarding the accommodation side of things and service.
As for the Clog Barn, the clog making demo is great and the shop is lovely too they stock a range of Dutch souvenirs and gifts. Due to it being a tourist area the prices are higher than usual. It’s lovely for a true experience of the Netherlands.
The cafe however was a different story. I’m not sure at all if any Dutch people are actually running this establishment anymore as several things were not correct regarding the food. We had honeycomb waffle which was lovely but the poffertjes (small pancakes) were served with margarine NOT butter (as the menu says) which is a big NO! The 3 young girls working also made several mistakes with our orders. But the cafe did have lovely Dutch environment, just the food and service was not correct entirely.
This is lovely place to visit and I hope the owners will rectify a few things to make it an authentic experience. If you are from the Netherlands or are familiar with Dutch culture you will understand some things are not correct.
Still recommend it. Very clean accommodation and public toilets.Written 21 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - YankeeOnTheCoastSydney, Australia16 contributionsA small aquarium but full of enthusiastic staff. We spent about 1.5 hours of the 2 hour time slot with a 16,14, and 9 year old. It was $55 for a group of 5. If you just walk around the aquarium without doing the talks or documentary it would probably much quicker. We took our time looking at each of the tanks, listened to 3-4 talks from the staff, and spent our time going through all the activities. Due to COVID there was a limited amount of people and it gave us a chance to go through slowly and without crowding. It was a beautiful little aquarium and a nice activity out of the heat of the day.Written 15 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Matthew VBlacktown, Australia155 contributionsThere is plenty of room to park the car and complete a short walk. Can get very brisk late afternoon when the sea breeze is at its bestWritten 25 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mel81qRouse Hill, Australia73 contributionsSmall little factory where you can watch them making confectionary. The honeycomb is really yum and we will be back to buy some more next visitWritten 29 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- TravelTrips12Sydney, Australia307 contributionsSome wonderful views of the sea, the mainland, and the breakwall. Worth the trek up there.
Would he better if there was more seating available on the way up there.Written 22 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Gefjxn7 contributionsMy favourite activity when in Coffs is bike ride around the Coffs Jetty, out to Macauleys and then around the Coffs Creek Walk and Cycleway.
Never fails to restore my zen.Written 22 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - AussielinsTaree, Australia746 contributionsThis walk trails around headlands and along beaches. Some areas are dog friendly and are clearly marked as such.Written 2 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- KEE2Sin City55 contributionsEnjoyed this market very much! A good selection of local producers, artists, fresh food to have for morning tea/lunch. Bought plants, fresh local fruit, cured meat, organic doughnuts, bread - highly recommended! It’s at the harbour foreshore, so there’s plenty to see after the market along the harbour. Plenty of parking.Written 18 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
