Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Pumpkin20Bathurst, Australia356 contributionsGreat parking, easy to get around the zoo, very clearly marked paths to follow with plenty of shade & spots to sit & rest to enjoy the surroundings. Easy to see the animals some more closely than others, the aquarium although small is very good as well. Good value to pay the one admission price for both.Written 18 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BeijingEyeDubai, United Arab Emirates413 contributionsGreat view of Canberra and super easy drive up the hill to the lookout. Worth a trip, does not take long at all. Quite a few buses of tourists!Written 9 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ThehaikubanditMelbourne, Australia37 contributionsTidbinbilla is incredibly peaceful, and it's really amazing to see so many animals in a very natural environment. I've never seen so many bandicoots in my life! The talk from the staff about the koalas was really informative, and it was great to learn about their rehabilitation work. The visitors centre was unfortunately being renovated and was closed, but this just means we'll have to visit again. If you have access to a car I can't think of a nicer way to spend a day in Canberra.Written 27 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BeijingEyeDubai, United Arab Emirates413 contributionsHead to the Captain Cook Memorial, this is where the water jet is. Note, only is switched on at 11am. Enjoyed a great coffee and breakfast in the restaurant near the museum.Written 9 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rafael Acién Martínez95 contributionsMy wife and I were there for a walk while enjoied seeing Australia's flora.
There is a parking and you nees to pay it (it is cheap). Visit the botanical garden is free.
I recommend to pick up a map before you get in, this way it will be easy to plan your visit.

From beginning to end, the friendly and professional staff worked hard to ensure we had an amazing experience. Our pilot Dave, made sure we could relax and enjoy the flight with his calm competent manner and skill. Would recommend this trip to anyoneWritten 10 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. If going in winter you must have gloves, scarf and coat. Easy to learn as I'd never been on a segway before.Written 9 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
