He assisted my partner and I with learning how to hold the club properly and made us feel really welcome. He even gave us a discount on the golf clubs! I was not expecting such high quality food, a real surprise. I'll be going again. - Lisa HSale, Australia18 contributionsThe course is 18 holes and the grand kids seemed to love it but it is tired and lacks interest. The landscaping could do with some attention and a broken glass bottle in the stones would indicate the doors were open and it was looked at from there. The staff member (the only one I saw there) was aware of it however it clearly wasn't a priority to attend too. Those who can't read were smoking in the carpark. Little was offered by way of sitting down and enjoying a coffee and something with the kids. Not a very inviting or welcoming venue, from what I could see. Just get in, pay your money and leave. The problem began as unfortunately our third player couldn’t make it. As my friend was trying to ask if a refund was possible, the person manning the venue stated it was too hard for her to organise the refund and that we should spend the money on alcohol.
As my friend stated we don’t drink alcohol, the person turned rude and unreasonable stating that’s not her problem. From that point on, the person was aggressive, rude and accusatory.
