The slides were very low quality and some areas were quite unsanitary such as the inside of the tower which felt like it was flustering with bacterial infections... the twister ride was bumpy and overall uncomfortable to ride. Most disappointingly the staff began to close the rides well before our finishing time of 2 PM and for some half an hour early, if I am paying until 2 pm I want to be able to Italian the facilities until then... Thoroughly recommended, for young and old alike. The venue is clean and well maintained. - Alice B1 contributionAbsolutely brilliant cathartic and fun. Ophelia was our host and she was a delight- friendly, funny, informative and made us feel safe. She coached and gently and with kindness when it came to the axe throwing and just generally was a joyous host

One of the kids has ASD, the staff were as brilliant with him as with all of us. We only planned a quick visit but ended up staying all afternoon - well done Vertikal staff! My kids did it twice!

It was great fun but can become expensive depending on how trigger happy you are. Our group was mashed in with others (groups of 30!) on the day which made some games difficult. The venue is inside the Belconnnen Westfield shopping centre and you will need to pay for parking if you drive and stay in the centre longer than two hours.Many of the games were not working and the venue was quite busy so, with a timed play session, this made it hard to find games and enjoy the outing and we didn’t think it was very good value for the cost. The staff were friendly and did their best to work with the crowds. The kids said they had fun but there were no complaints when we said it was time to go. For our 4 kids aged between 9-16 there was something easy and challenging for them all.
