- Rob C2 contributionsThis was a great 3 hour tour during which we explored the mangroves, saw a small pod of dolphins and kayaked around the shipwrecks. The weather was blustery but our guide, Paddy, led us along a route which minimised the effects. Paddy is very knowledgeable about the area and its flora and fauna. - Andrea PHonolulu, HI14 contributions10 stars! Big Shout Out to Sam our guide and coach! You’re simply the Best! Our experience was bar none as Sam focused on safety and Fun! My first experience kayaking and it was one for the books. The laughter and memories made will last a lifetime. The icing on the cake was breakfast at Thelma and Louise. Mission accomplished. Do not hesitate to sign up for this or any of the tours with Sam! You will not be disappointed. - Trish S29 contributionsThis tour exceeded expectations and we cannot recommend it more highly. The range of activities was excellent, it was great value and the perfect way to see some beautiful, quieter aspects of K’gari.
But most of all it was the attentiveness and professionalism shown by the tour group leaders was exceptional. They catered for our group of 10 perfectly (age range 23-68) and were particularly helpful towards one of us carrying an injury.

Guides were great, they explained how to get through the surf and paddle and kept up a funny commentary while we were waiting for the dolphins to show up, which luckily they did towards the end. The view is amazing and you never know what will happen next second . Maybe you will meet dolphins or turtles just meters away. Highly recommend! By the way, the instructor is awesome! It was lovely to receive a video of our adventure. - Alai SMadrid, Spain120 contributionsThis experience was AWESOME and so worthwhile!! Seeing the sun go down while Melbourne started to illuminate as the night settled was quite magical! I actually didn’t want to do it because we have gone kayaking several times and in several places, but my husband insisted and I appreciate it because it was one of the best things we did during our trip in Australia!
The guides were very nice and dinner had great options to choose from!
