One day in particular included a sunrise flight over Kakadu, and two incredible river tours, one highlighting culture which was incredible. And the crocs, my goodness! Our guide Pasqual was simply wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and respectful, showing us the wondrous First Nations’ rock art. Simply an incredible outback journey! - Russell JSevenoaks, UK12 contributionsWhat an amazing experience we had on the Crossing Country Tour. The absolute trip of a lifetime being immersed in the culture of the local clan in Binyala. If you want to learn more and experience the traditional culture of the region you will be in for a great experience. Painting, fishing, didgeridoo making and sacred site visits were all on the agenda.
The local people were so welcoming and made us feel part of their family. Barry our guide and his assistants were fantastic hosts cooking us lovely breakfast lunch and dinners.

Lunch was included - the fish tacos were amazing 😋. You could swim on the island and then sit in the shade of the cabanas. - RobS885Currambine, Australia111 contributionsI have used Black Diamond Aviation on a number of occasions. The owner Matt is extremely helpful along with all the pilots. There is nothing they won't do to assist you and make your trip as comfortable as possible. Safety is their number one objective and this is very comforting in a light plane. BDA, regularly service all the local communities and have excellent local knowledge. They operate from Nhulunbuy airport.
