We found great results, but some are outside Italian Alps. Showing results in neighbouring cities.

Amy's Cucina Como, Italy
Alessandro, the chef, and Amy teamed well to give our group of 8 an informative and entertaining hands on class making panna cotta and then ravioli.
The cooking lesson is fun, interesting and delicious, and Amy shares lots of tidbits she has acquired through her years of living in Italy.
Cook on the Lakes Colazza, Italy
Francesca taught me with real passion and I Highly recommend taking a Cooking Class from her.
Francesca is very kind, cheerful and helpful but also very skilled: she's very accurate and takes the proper time to all the steps and I much appreciate that in a cooking class because I can better understand all...
The class is small and intimate, the restaurant (closed during "school" hours) lovely and Chef Moreno is superb...not only a wonderful cook, but a marvelous and engaging teacher with beautiful technique.
The food was great, the cooking class excellent, the wine flowed freely and it was a pleasure to share this with Moreno, his family and the group of people doing the class with us.
Centro Boarderline Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy
One of our friend also had a snowboarding class and had the most amazing time with a friendly and professional instructor.
First class place, mainly because of Paolo's friendly welcome and the help and advice he gives, which was invaluable when half the ski area was closed over New Year.
8 Ways to experience it
Our two sons (age 5 and 6) were in a class with instructors Daniel and Sebastiano, who speak excellent English and my wife and I were in the class with Wayne, an English ski instructor working in Italy.
Sebastiano, Mateo, and Wayne were all brilliant instructors (our group was split into 3 to keep the classes relevant according to skill level) and were great fun to spend time with.
If they are diligent enough and follow Filippo’s advice while performing their after-lesson tasks, learners can significantly improve their skiing abilities.
Ski School Ortisei Ortisei, Italy
My child Alex learned to ski with Benjamin last year and, even if we live in Dublin - Ireland, he now wants to come back to Val Gardena at least twice a year and get more lessons with Benjamin!
They both made our week a great holiday.....We also took private lessons and depending on your accommodation in Ortisei, they have several offices and they make easy everything for everybody...
Gusto Italiano Bellagio Bellagio, Italy
... welcome by the two owners of the cookery school followed by a relatively short guided tour of Bellagio town with some history and local stories shared as we shopped for the ingredients for our cooking class.
From the walk around the quaint little town for ingredients with all of it's locally owned shops, and local products with "Crazy" Daniela (her words), to the most enjoyable cooking class with Elisabetta, we rated...
