Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Roads very narrow in places but it does seem to be a one way system unofficially and up near the top you are quite close to the edge maybe not for inexperienced drivers but take your time and you will be grand .

The tour costs €5 and lasts approx 30 mins and tells the life story of Hannah Herrity who lived though the famine among other things. The story is powerful and poignant. An enjoyable tour.

Following a one track road from Dunfanaghy, this beautiful spot has amazing 360° views. Once you're parked up, it's a 5 minute walk to the top, not many paths to explore when you're there, but totally worth it.

The view across the bay is amazing. It's so tranquil and absolutely stunning. We were fortunate to have the view from our hotel room at Arnold's. Beautiful.

The WW II monument has faded but it is still a remarkable story.the beach is gorgeous. I was so impressed with Ireland in general with regard to cleanliness. The beach is spotless.Bring your own food and drink because there are no services. You can lean again a dune and read, and enjoy the sea and sand. Parking lot is big but it gets crowded quickly if there is a sunny day.Long walks along the beach are recommended.

Not many stalls. Produce quality, not great. People not that friendly. Not worth going out of the way for. Disappointing

Went out with my wife and teenage daughter for the 10.00am horse ride along the beach. Was excellent. Anna looked after us well and everyone enjoyed it. Totally recommend if you’re in Dunfanaghy

I played two rounds of golf here during a holiday to Donegal. I had a warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed it. The course is quite forgiving in that it doesn't have a lot of bunkers, but there is out of bounds all along the front nine and much of the back nine. The views around the turn are just lovely. The greens were excellent and a real credit to the staff. Loved it.
