When visiting Eyam I would suggest you visit the museum first and then walk around the village visiting the sites you have just learnt all about.
Parking was easy and we used the 'free' car park which has a lovely view over the village.

It is a great ascent and provides a great view but it is one of the most tiring areas to walk in the Peak District.

We enjoyed a good 2 hours walking the house, gardens & enjoying the on site craft shops.
We also sat up at the children's park, having a picnic , taking in the stunning view, well worth a visit, even more so on a sunny day.

... going down to Crypt to see the Nativity display, this was spectacular in as much it had been made out of Polished Steel and the amount of detail on all the Statues was incredible, and well worth the time to view.
There is a cafe on site as well as a small shop that supports the church.
