Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As a local I frequent the zigzag. It is a superb place to run. The views are spectacular.

It is currently closed to vehicles from 8:30pm to 11:00am. This allows cyclists, runners and walkers to use the roadway in the morning, while allowing vehicles during the afternoon/evening. Note: the zigzag is one-way vehicle traffic from top to bottom.

My dad is a keen gardener visiting from England and he loved it. Whilst not being a great gardener I could appreciate the beauty. Grounds and roses were immaculate. Staff were friendly and shop beautifully presented. Not a venue I would take my kids to though.

This national park changes with the seasons. A well-kept secret it is criss-crossed by walking paths that sometimes hug steep drops. Abound with white-tailed black cockatoos and the occasional red one, kangaroos are plentiful and flowers change with the seasons. Eucalypts and low lying cloud fills the valley as you gaze across the cloud to hills on the other side, you feel like you could walk across and reminiscent of Picnic at Hanging Rock. There are fallen logs to rest on and many photo opportunities. Occasional blackened trunks are reminders of occasional electrical storms and a reminder to never take nature for granted. Walking replenishes to soul.

Statham's Quarry is in the Gooseberry Hill region, to get to the quarry you can use the locked gate and drive in, or you can walk in from the Zig Zag (around 500 metres) through an open marked gate. Statham's Quarry has been favorite venue for abseiling for many years, it's quite challenging. More recently, rock-climbers have mapped out routes and much effort has gone into removing debris and loose rock. It's a well-developed climbing venue, one of the few that is accessible from Perth. Statham's Quarry provided much of the blue-stone used to pave Perth's streets in the early 20th century,

This day spa has maintained the same excellent level of service over the last eight years I have been coming here. The physical surroundings are so peaceful and the staff first class.
